Terms & Conditions
- All entries must be submitted using the online entry form.
- Entries must be submitted online by midnight on the closing deadline of Friday 22nd November 2019.
- No entries will be accepted after the final deadline.
- Those submitting an entry must have the permission of the practice owners/director to enter the Awards.
- Categories are determined by numbers of staff measured in Full Time Equivalents (FTE). Please do not count part-time staff as one person.
- If an entry is shortlisted, SPVS / RCVS Mind Matters or the Awards judges may wish to call you and/or speak to members of your team to ask for further information.
- Case studies/examples from shortlisted entries may be used by SPVS and/or by RCVS Mind Matters on their websites to promote the Awards or to promote SPVS/RCVS Mind Matters. We will not do this without contacting you first.
- Shortlisted entries will be published on the Vet Wellbeing Awards website (www.vetwellbeingawards.org.uk) and announced to the media.
- The decision of the judges is final and no discussion can be entered into regarding the final results.
- The prize of tickets to SPVS/VMG Congress/banquet and accommodation at Celtic Manor may not be transferred to anyone who does not work for the practice. Nor may it be exchanged for cash.
- If entering more than one branch/site, you must complete one form per branch or location.
